SHIPPING POLICY

Orders can take up to 5-7 business days to process, Monday through Friday. Processing times are not done on the weekend or holidays. Processing times are also not included in delivery times

 

Once we ship your order, you will immediately receive a tracking number to the email you provided

 

USPS Standard Shipping takes 3-5 business days to delivery

Signature Required

It is advised to not wait the last minute when placing order. If you have a hair appointment or deadline you need your product for. Please plan in advance allowing for unanticipated delays that may be out of control.

 

Once the Post Office accepts the shipment, it’s out of our hands. We are not responsible for late deliveries, customs delays, lost or stolen items, etc.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of the items sold, all sales are final.
